Davis Property, located in Section 60, T6S, R11E, in West Baton Rouge Parish, LA; with dimensions and location as shown for Richard Beatty and Linda Patty'' made by Toxie Craft, CE and Surveyor dated Baton Rouge, Louisiana 9/11/1985 as follows: commencing at a point on the westerly side of River Road (Louisiana Highway 415) which is marked by a pin found in concrete; thence south 16 degrees 32 minutes east a distance of 146.9 feet along the westerly side of the River Road (LA Highway 415) to an iron pipe found in concrete and corner; thence south 53 degrees 42 minutes west a distance of 300 feet to an iron pipe and corner; thence north 16 degrees 32 minutes west a distance of 146.9 feet to an iron pipe and corner; thence north 53 degrees 42 feet east a distance of 300 feet to the point of beginning; said lot having such measurements and dimensions as are shown on said map, being subject to such servitudes and restrictions as are shown on said map or of record; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
