REAL ESTATE & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC TWO (2) certain condominium units in SHERWOOD COMMON OFFICE CENTER, A CONDOMINIUM, described as and designated according to the Condominium Declaration creating the condominium regime of SHER WOOD COMMON OFFICE CENTER, A CONDOMINIUM, recorded on October 20, 2015 at Original 931, Bundle 12689, and amended and supplemented at Original 688, Bundle 12904, recorded on August 1, 2018, all of the official records of East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, and the survey site plans and typical building section and individual floor plans attached to said declaration and amendment, as CONDOMINIUM UNIT B TWO HUNDRED ONE (B201) AND CONDOMINIUM UNIT B TWO HUNDRED TWO-(B202), all situated in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish, State of Louisiana, on the parcel of ground designated as LOT 8-B according to that plat of survey recorded as Original 838, Bundle 11918, and supplemented by that Supplemental Condominium Declaration to add LOT 8-B, recorded at Original 688, Bundle 12904, together with the undivided interest in the common elements, both general and limited, appertaining to said condominium units under terms and provisions of said Condominium Declaration and amendment, and subject to all restrictions, obligations, charges and all other provisions of the Louisiana Condominium Act of 1979, L.S.A.-R.S. 9:1121.101 through 9:1148, and all servitudes and restrictions of record.
