PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Scenic River Permit on Timber Branch The Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) as Administrator of the Louisiana Natural and Scenic Rivers System is currently considering the application of All State Financial Company for a permit to construct a ± 2.28 acre dry detention pond on Parcel 4B of Maison Du Lac Subdivision to provide fill mitigation for the commercial portion of Parcel 4B, as well as Timbercreek Subdivision (SRP #1372), on Timer Branch, St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana. Copies of the application can be seen by the public at the LDWF main office, 2000 Quail Drive, Baton Rouge, LA. The public is invited to comment on this permit request for a period of forty-five (45) days.
