PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article IV, Section 21(D)(1) of the Louisiana Constitution, that on May 4, 2026, Greater Ouachita Water Company (“GOWC”) filed with the Louisiana Public Service Commission (“LPSC”) in Docket U-37914 an application requesting approval of an increase in water and sewer rates, continuation of certain line-item charges, and non-opposition to bond issuance for capital improvement projects. The proposed rate increases will be applicable to all GOWC water and sewer customers in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, and are required for the following purposes: (a) issuance of a new bond to finance necessary capital improvement projects; and (b) increases in operating expenses.
