PUBLIC NOTICE LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (LDEQ) AMLON PORT ALLEN, LLC - AMLON PORT ALLEN DRAFT SOLID WASTE PERMIT AND TECHNICALLY COMPLETE PERMIT APPLICATION The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, has determined that the Solid Waste Permit Application for Amlon Port Allen LLC, 2325 North Line Road, Port Allen, Louisiana 70767 for the Type IIA Processor is technically complete and acceptable for public review. The facility is located at 2325 North Line Road in Port Allen, West Baton Rouge Parish. Amlon Port Allen LLC proposes to operate a Type IIA processing facility and to process up to 300 wet tons per week and 15,600 wet tons pers year of commercial waste generated off-site.
