The injection well is located in Section 14, Township 19 North, Range 11 West, Bellevue Field (1432), Bossier Parish (08), Louisiana. The injection zone is proposed to be at 465 feet (Top of Injection Zone) to 600 feet (Bottom of Injection Zone).
