All persons having such claims must file their respective claims, as provided in Rule F including Paragraphs (IV) and (V) thereof, of the supplemental rules for certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, with the Clerk of this Court at the United States District Court, 500 Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA 70130, and must serve a copy thereof on the attorneys for Complainant, Walter P. Maestri and Bert M. Cass, Jr. with the Deutsch Kerrigan law firm at 755 Magazine Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130 on or before November 10, 2025, or be defaulted. Personal attendance is not required.
