(hereinafter “Eymard Brothers” or “Complainant”) has filed a Complaint claiming the right to exoneration from or limitation of liability for all claims arising out of a certain incident involving the M/V DIXIE LEE EYMARD which occurred on or about September 15, 2024, at or near Reserve, Louisiana. All persons having such claims must file them as provided in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Supplemental Rule F, with the Clerk of this Court, at the United States Courthouse, 500 Poydras Street, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70130 and serve copies on or mail copies to Complainant's attorneys, Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, attention: Michael Neuner & Kathryn L.
