Fradella, as the duly qualified Administratrix of the above Successions has made application to the Court for the sale of immovable property at private sale hereinafter described, to-wit: A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, prescriptions, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances, thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in Gretna, in that part thereof known as ROSE PARK SUBDIVISION, according to survey of Hotard & Webb, C.E., dated July 31, 1953, said portion of ground is designated and measures as follows: Lot 2 commences at a distance of 75.06 feet from the corner of 23rd Street and Hero Drive, and measures thence 50 feet front on Hero Drive, same in width in the rear, by a depth of 106 feet between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown on survey by Wilton J. Dufrene, Land Surveyor, dated December 12, 1979, copy annexed hereto and made part hereof. The improvements thereon are designated by No. 2304 Hero Drive, Gretna, LA UPON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TO-WIT: ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($155,000.00) DOLLARS, to the succession less vendor's closing costs, legal fees, filing fees, pro rata taxes, costs of the advertisements of these proceedings, and real estate commission approved by the Court. Notice is hereby given to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of the estate herein, to make any opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating such application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, which private sale shall be published twice, all in accordance with law.
