JENKINS NOTICE TO SELL WHEREAS, Ami Jenkins, as the duly qualified Administratrix and the duly qualified Executrix of the above Successions has made application to the Court for the sale of immovable property at private sale hereinafter described, to-wit: THREE CERTAIN LOTS OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, lying and being in the Town of Westwego, in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, and forming part of the "Whitehouse Subdivision", which said lots are designated by the Nos. 24 , 25 and 26 of Block 46, which block is bounded by Fourth and Fifth Streets, Avenue 'C' and Avenue 'D' on a plan of James S. Webb, Civil Engineer, dated March 26th, 1925, a copy whereof is on deposit in the Office of the Recorder of Jefferson Parish, and according to said plan, Lots 24 to 26 adjoin each other and measure each 32 feet front on Avenue 'D' by a depth of 125.81 feet, Lot No. 24 forming the corner of Avenue 'D' and Fifth Street. According to a survey made by Gilbert & Kelly, Surveyors, dated December 4, 1946, redated November 18, 1961, and March 7, 1964, a copy whereof is annexed to an act passed before Herbert S. Weil, Notary Public, dated March 13th, 1964, the property hereinabove described bears the same designation, and has the same location and measurements as hereinabove set forth. The improvements thereon are designated by the No. 548 Avenue D UPON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TO-WIT: SIXTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($60,000.00) DOLLARS, to the succession less vendor's closing costs of $500, legal fees, filing fees and costs of the advertisements of these proceedings, real estate commission of $1,800 split between Latter & Blum and Reve Realtors, and reimbursements for sums advanced to the successions for grass cutting in the amount of $1,800 by Ami Jenkins and for temporary fencing and posts in the amount of $250 by Donna Rachal. Notice is hereby given to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of the estate herein, to make any opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating such application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days, from the date of the publication of such notice, which private sale shall be published twice, all in accordance with law.
