PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Summary of Public Notice: Project Owner: Arbours at Cypress Bend, LLC Project Name: Arbours at Cypress Bend Project Address: 12265 Plank Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70811 Total Units: Approximately 84 Unit Multifamily Apartment Housing for Families (1, 2, and 3 Bedrooms) The project owner is pleased to propose the new construction of Arbours at Cypress Bend. The development is classified as a multifamily, family housing development and will have an estimated 84 units which will be garden style apartments with 12 , one-bedroom units, 36 , two-bedroom units and 36 three-bedroom units. Arbours at Cypress Bend will market to families earning wages at or below 80% of the area median income. The development will consist of a community facility and supportive services which will be available for the tenants. The applicant is applying for a reservation of 4% LIHTC’s and CDBG-DR funds from the Louisiana Housing Corporation and Office of Community Development. The total estimated development cost is $25,323,055.00.
