PUBLIC NOTICE - - - SUCCESSION OF RUTH ANN DOISE MILLER 15TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PROBATE DOCKET NO. P-20230682 LAFAYETTE PARISH, LOUISIANA LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Testamentary Executor of this Succession has petitioned the Court for authority to sell immovable property in which the decedent owned at private sale in accordance with the provisions of Article 3281 of the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure for a total purchase of no less than no less than eighty percent of the appraised value of the property, which property appraised at TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ND 00/100 ($287,700.00) DOLLARS at the time of decedent’s death, until a purchase agreement can be obtained, payable in cash at closing. The immovable property proposed to be sold at private sale is described as follows: That certain parcel of ground, situated in Section 32, Township 9 South, Range 4 East, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, being known and designated as LOT 67 of LA VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, subject property fronting 73.55 feet in an arc on Bon Temps Drive, by a depth of 126.18 feet on its eastern boundary, 146.91 feet on its western boundary and a rear or southern boundary of 70.00 feet, and bind bounded north by Bon Temps Drive, east by Lot 66 of said subdivision, south by Lot 71 of said subdivision and west by Lot 68 of said subdivision, with such further dimensions and boundaries as are shown on that certain plat of survey prepared by Rodney A. Naylor, R.L.S. dated February 10, 1996, recorded at on that plat of survey recorded at File No. 96-5847 of records of Lafayette Parish, Louisiana. Being the same property acquired by Frank R. Miller and Ruth Doise Miller from The Succession of Samuel Carl Guillory per Cash Sale filed for record April 19, 2021, bearing Entry No. 2021-00017253 of the records of Lafayette Parish, Louisiana. The municipal address of said property is 407 Bon Temps Dr., Lafayette, LA 70506. Such immovable property is hereinafter referred to as the " Property ."
