IX, Section 5, as implemented by L.R.S. 30:129.1, public notice is hereby given that at its meeting commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at the LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the State Mineral and Energy Board will consider approval of certain Agreements for execution involving minerals or mineral rights owned by the State. A full copy of each of the instruments to effect the proposed agreements is on file in the office of the State Mineral and Energy Board, 8th Floor, at the above address, and available for public inspection by anyone desiring to examine same. The proposed agreements are identified as follows: D.1 (26-10) A Lease Amendment by and between the State of Louisiana, acting through its agency, The Louisiana State Mineral and Energy Board and Kenosis I LLC., whereas said parties desire to amend the royalty rate established in State Lease No. 17378 under the guidelines of the 2026 State Lease Investment Program, affecting State Lease No. 17378, Plaquemines Parishes, Louisiana, with further particulars being stipulated in the instrument. D.2 (26-11) An Operating Agreement by and between the State of Louisiana, acting through its agency, the Louisiana State Mineral and Energy Board, the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries and Magnetar Exploration, L.P., to create an Operating Tract for the exploration and development of state owned lands and waterbottoms, said “Operating Tract” is comprised of approximately 3,853.76 acres in the Rockefeller Wildlife Refuge and Game Preserve, affecting former State Lease Nos. 22207 and 22208, Cameron and Vermilion Parishes, Louisiana, with further particulars being stipulated in the instrument. 189179-may 29-1t $50.49
