(Council Member Cook) (3) Zoning Commission Case: T25-04 & Z25-06 - To amend Title 7 of the St. George Unified Development Code to change how alcoholic beverage sales land uses are allowed; rezone all NC-AB, C-AB-1, and C-AB-2 property to other districts; and to provide for related matters. (4) Zoning Commission Case: Z-25-0100 – To rezone a 2.59-acre parcel on Tract X-1 of the Harelson Property from B1 (Transition), R (Rural), NC (Neighborhood Commercial) to LC2 (Light Commercial Two) and to provide for related matters (14050 Tiger Bend Rd.) Items for Public Hearing and Action (1) To Pledge the 2% Sales and Use Tax levied in the Harveston Economic Development District established by the Metropolitan Council of the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge to be used to finance cost of infrastructure development and to provide for related matters. (2) Appointment of St. George Fire Protection Board of Commissioners (Current Commissioners: Chairman Darryl Ourso, Commissioner Chris Rosendahl) (3) Resolution to approve the City of St. George 2025 Hazard Mitigation Plan. (4) Resolution authorizing Mayor to expend $305,849 for sidewalk improvements in Barclay Place.
