VERSUS JOHN C. DUBRET III C I V I L D I S T R I C T C O U R T F O R P A R I S H O F O R L E A N S Case No: 2025-3136 By virtue of a Court Order directed to me by the Honorable Judges of Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell by public auction, on the ground floor of the Civil District Court Building, 421 Loyola Avenue, in the First District of the City on July 30, 2026, at 12:00 o'clock noon, the following described property to wit: ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining situated in the SECOND DISTRICT of the City of New Orleans, Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, in The Lake Front Development of the Board of Levee Commissioners of the Orleans Levee District, as authorized under and by virtue of the provisions of Act 292 of 1928, subsequently adopted as an amendment to the Constitution of 1921 of the State of Louisiana, in ZONE ONE thereof, in the subdivision designated as the EAST HALF OF LAKESHORE LOT 11, in SQUARE NO. 28, which said square is bounded by Amethyst, General Haig, Topaz, and Sardonyx Streets; all as shown on a map prepared and laid out by A. Willoz, Civil Engineer, under date of April 18, 1955, identified as No. LD 3054, on file in the office of the Board of Levee Commissioners of the Orleans Levee District, more particularly described as follows: The northwest corner of Lot No. 11 in Square No. 28 of the Lakeshore Subdivision (East Half) is located as follows: commencing at a point formed by the intersection of the west property line of General Haig Street with the south property line of Amethyst Street and being marked with Concrete Monument No. 109, thence S 53°02'50’’W, a distance of 109.94 feet; thence S 57°54'58"W, a distance of 78 feet to the northwest corner of the lot. Lot No. 11 in Square No. 28 is described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of the lot; thence in an easterly direction along the south property line of Amethyst Street and along the south property line of Amethyst Street and along an arc to the left, having a radius of 1106.159 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of 78 feet and having a bearing of N 57°54'58"E; thence S 34° 06'12’’ E, a distance of 110 feet; thence S 57° 54' 58"W, a distance of 85.74 feet; thence N 30° 03'49"W, a distance of 110 feet to the northwest corner of the lot and point of beginning. For informational purposes only: The improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 846 Amethyst St., New Orleans, LA 70124. The property is assessed under Bill No. 206416711. Seized in the above suit, TERMS - 100% CASH AT THE MOMENT OF ADJUDICATION.
