Said lot commences at a distance of 1298.80 feet from the intersection of Burke Road and Bunker Hill Road, and measures thence 53.03 feet front on Bunker Hill Road, a width in the rear of 53 feet, by a depth of 133.27 feet on the sideline nearer to Morrison Road, a depth on the opposite sideline of 134.28 feet. All as more fully shown on survey by Gilbert, Kelly and Couturie, Inc., dated May 19, 1986, a copy of which is attached to act registered in COB 805 folio 443.
