The resubdivision of former Lot 1B into Lots 1B 1, 1B 2, and 1B 3, as shown on the above referred to plan of resubdivision, was· approved by the City Planning Commission on April 9, 1970, registered in COB 698, folio 314. All as more fully shown on the plat of survey by Richard T. Dading, R.L.S., of Dading, Marques & Associates, Inc., dated December 13, 1989, recertified January 27, 1995, annexed hereto and made a part hereof, except that the last measurement along Interstate Highway 10 is shown as being along a curve to the right, having a radius of 3,669.72 feet, and an arc length of 593.84 feet.
