Dresner, Notary Public, according to which plan said lot measures thirty feet (30') front on Clouet Street by a depth of one hundred seventeen feet, 10 inches, and six lines (117'10"6'") between equal and parallel lines, said measurements are also in accordance with a blue print of survey made by Gilbert & Kelly, Surveyors, dated May 12, 1927, annexed to Act No. 4792 passed before Jacob D.
