Krebs & Sons, Surveyors, dated January 25, 1954, annexed to an act passed before Jerome Meunier, according to which said lot commences at a distance of thirty two feet from the comer of Jumonville Street and measures thirty two feet front on Pelopidas Street, same width in the rear, by a depth of one hundred and thirteen feet, six inches, between equal and parallel lines.
