SMITH AND SUSAN T. GANDOLFO, JR., SURVEYOR, DATED JULY 23, 1954, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF CONVEYANCES FOR THE PARISH OF ORLEANS, ACCORDING TO WHICH PLAN OF SUBDIVISION, AND ACCORDING TO A SURVEY BY F.C, GANDOLFO, JR., SURVEYOR, DATED JUNE 21, 1957, RECERTIFIED CORRECT JANUARY 15, 1958, A PRINT OF WHICH IS ANNEXED TO AN ACT PASSED BEFORE JOHN F. CONNELY, NOTARY PUBLIC, DATED FEBRUARY 4, 1958 SAID LOT NO. 74 A ACOMMENCES AT A DISTANCE OF 58.05 FEET FROM THE CORNER OF CERISE AVENUE, THE SAME IN WIDTH IN THE REAR, BY A DEPTH OF 94 FEET BETWEEN EQUAL AND PARALLEL LINES, AND IS COMPOSED OF PORTIONS OF ORIGINAL LOTS NOS. 74 AND 72. AND ACCORDING TO A SURVEY MADE BY S.Z.S. CONSULTANTS DATED SEPTEMBER 14, 1995, THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY HAS THE SAME LOCATION AND DIMENSIONS AS HEREINABOVE SET FORTH. WRIT AMOUNT: $134,552.50 Seized in the above suit, TERMS - CASH. The purchaser at the moment of adjudication to make a deposit of ten percent of the purchase price, and the balance within thirty days thereafter.
