PUBLIC NOTICE - - - SALE BY SHERIFF JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT THAT CERTAIN PORTION OF GROUND BEARING MUNICIPAL NUMBER 55 FAIRWAY OAKS DRIVE, THIS CITY, IN THE MATTER ENTITLED: HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, MANA SERIES 2007-08R2 vs DELISHA YOUNG BOYD A/K/A DELISHA Y. BOYD A/K/A DELISHA BOYD C I V I L D I S T R I C T C O U R T F O R P A R I S H O F O R L E A N S Case No: 2024-5678 By virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale directed to me by the Honorable Judges of Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell by public auction, on the ground floor of the Civil District Court Building, 421 Loyola Avenue, in the First District of the City on November 13, 2025, at 12:00 o'clock noon, the following described property to wit: A certain lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, the Fairways at English Turn, Section 1, designated as Lot 29, bounded by Fairway Oaks Drive, English Turn Parkway, the Drainage Servitude and Lot GC-1-A English Turn Golf Course. All according to a plan of subdivision by Krebs, LaSalle, LeMieux Consultants, Inc., dated March 18, 1996, revised September 9, 1996, further revised September 23, 1996 and registered in CIN 128962. All as more fully shown on survey by BFM Corporation dated July 9, 1997, which designates said property as being bounded by Fairway Oaks Drive, English Turn Parkway, 115’ Drainage Servitude and Cypress Point Lane. Further, said Lot 29 measures 73.34 feet front on Fairway Oaks Drive, a width in the rear of 109.12 feet, by a depth along the sideline nearer English Turn Parkway of 125.42 feet and a depth along the opposite sideline of 150.79 feet.
