Duke, Notary Public, on November 10, 1943, said lot is designated as LOT NO. 18 of Square No. 1 and begins at a distance of 60' from the intersection of Rayne Drive and Churchill Drive and measures thence a distance of 50' front on Rayne Drive by a depth of 100' between equal and parallel lines. All of which is more fully shown on survey of Gilbert & Kelly, Surveyors dated August 19, 1930 found as shown March 24, 1955, white print copy of which is annexed to an act before Maurice G. Indest, Notary dated October 28, 1967. Improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 4318 Rayne Drive, New Orleans, Louisiana. Being same property acquired by Donovan K. Johnson by act dated September 8, 2020, registered at CIN 679257, Orleans Parish. WRIT AMOUNT: $192,445.66 Seized in the above suit, TERMS - CASH.
