PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Public Review Notice City of New Orleans Office of Community Development 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report In accordance with 24 CFR 91.520, the City of New Orleans Office of Community Development has completed a draft of its 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER is a locally created document which gives municipalities the opportunity to evaluate their overall progress in carrying out priorities and specific objectives identified in its strategic and action plans for the use of funds for the following: CDBG-Community Development Block Grant, HOME-Home Investment Partnership Act, HOPWA-Housing Opportunities for Persons Living with HIV/AIDS, and the ESG-Emergency Solutions Grant. The CAPER also describes anticipated actions or changes that may occur as a result of the outcomes outlined in its annual performance. The document is available for fifteen (15) day: public review and comment period beginning Monday, February 23, 2026 thru Monday, March 9, 2026 at the following location: City of New Orleans - Office of Community Development 1340 Poydras Street, Suite 1000 New Orleans, Louisiana 70112 Citizen comments will be accepted in writing no later than Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
