PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Public Notice State of Louisiana Recovery Housing Program Annual Performance Report The State of Louisiana was allocated funding under Section 8071 of the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act, entitled Pilot Program to Help Individuals in Recovery from a Substance Use Disorder Become Stably Housed, herein referred to as the Recovery Housing Program (RHP), established the FY 2020 - FY 2024 Recovery Housing Action Plans. The Recovery Housing Program is designed to support low- and moderate-income persons as they recover from a substance use disorder and begin a path to self-sufficiency by providing stable housing for a period of not more than 2 years or until the individual secures permanent housing, whichever comes first. The State of Louisiana has prepared their annual performance report for the program year which ended September 30, 2025. The purpose of this document is to report on the progress the State has made in addressing the goals and objectives identified in its FY 2020 - FY 2024 Recovery Housing Action Plans. The annual report is available for review at https://www.doa.la.gov/doa/ocd-lga/recovery-housing-program/ and at the Office of Community Development located at 1201 N. 3rd Street, Ste. 3-150, Baton Rouge, LA 70802, and may be examined from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Written comments on the amendments may be submitted beginning October 9, 2025, and must be received no later than October 24, 2025.
