The applicant is competing for a reservation of 4% LIHTC credits from the Louisiana Housing Corporation and $5,400,000 in CDBG funds through the Office of Community Development PRIME 4 Program. The project also has HOME Funds of $1,700,000 from the City of New Orleans. The project will have 4 units set aside for permanent supportive housing. Likely candidates will have a tenant income range of 20% to 60% AMI. The total estimated development cost is $16,250,000.
