PUBLIC NOTICE - - - PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to LSA R.S. 33:4712 the City of New Orleans hereby gives notice of its intention to authorize the Mayor of the City of New Orleans to enter into this Amendment No. 1 to a previously executed Lease Agreement, between the City of New Orleans (“City”) and Da Empire LLC, a Louisiana Limited Liability Company (“Lessee”), for the lease of City-owned property, to wit: a certain portion of ground together with all buildings and improvements thereon situated in the Parish of Orleans, First Municipal District, Square 530 and 545 which forms a Portion of Lafayette (Late Cypress) Street Right-of-Way (Unconstructed) between S. Galvez Street, and which improvements bear the municipal address of 2222 Poydras Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70119 (the “Leased Premises”), to (i) permit certain non-permanent signage, (ii) permit the sale, service, and consumption of alcohol on the Leased Premises, and (iii) amend the rent structure and related provisions of the Lease, as more fully set forth in the Amendment No. 1 form attached hereto as Exhibit “A”; pursuant to Ordinance Calendar No. 35,357. This ordinance is scheduled for final adoption on April 9 2026, and may be seen in full in the Clerk of Council’s Office, 1300 Perdido Street, Room 1E09, City Hall. AISHA R.
