PUBLIC NOTICE - - - PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUBMIT PERMIT APPLICATION CLEAN HARBORS WHITE CASTLE, LLC WHITE CASTLE LANDFARM FACILITY, IBERVILLE PARISH, LOUISIANA Notice is hereby given that Clean Harbors White Castle, LLC does intend to submit to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services, Waste Permits Division, an application for a Major Permit Modification to Solid Waste Permit No. P-0059-R1-M7 for the White Castle Landfarm Facility located in Iberville Parish, Louisiana, at 52735 Clark Road, White Castle, Louisiana. The proposed permit modification requests authorization to revise the facility's approved operating days and hours. The modification will revise the normal operating schedule from Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., to Monday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and revise the maximum operating schedule from seven days per week and ten hours per day to seven days per week and twenty-four hours per day.
