PUBLIC NOTICE - - - PUBLIC NOTICE LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (LDEQ) DOW INFRACO, LLC - BLOCK 80 INDUSTRIAL SOLID WASTE LANDFILL DRAFT SOLID WASTE PERMIT RENEWAL The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, has determined that a Solid Waste Draft Permit Renewal Application for Dow InfraCo, LLC - Block 80 Industrial Solid Waste Landfill, P.O. Box 150, Plaquemine, Louisiana 70765 is technically complete and acceptable for public review. The facility is located at 21255 Highway 1, Plaquemine, Louisiana, Iberville Parish. Dow InfraCo, LLC proposes to continue to operate an existing Type I Landfill and dispose up to 1,746 wet tons per week and 90,807 wet tons per year of industrial solid waste generated by the facility and other subsidiaries of Dow in Louisiana.
