(PCS NITROGEN) ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLETENESS DETERMINATION The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, has reviewed a solid waste application for a solid waste type I industrial landfill/surface impoundment permit renewal activity from PCS Nitrogen Fertilizer, L. P., P. O. Box 307, Geismar, LA 70734 for the Geismar Facility and determined that it is administratively complete. The application was received on, September 19, 2025. The facility is located at the intersection of Louisiana Highway 30 and Louisiana Highway 3115 in Geismar, Louisiana, Ascension Parish. PCS Nitrogen Fertilizer, L. P. proposes to renew its solid waste type I industrial landfill/surface impoundment permit with no modifications.
