PUBLIC NOTICE - - - PUBLIC NOTICE LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (LDEQ) EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH NORTH LANDFILL DRAFT SOLID WASTE PERMIT RENEWAL AND MODIFICATION APPLICATION The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, has determined that a Solid Waste Draft Permit Renewal and Modification Application for East Baton Rouge Parish North Landfill, P.O. Box 1471, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70821 for the Issuance of Standard Permit Renewal for Type I/II/III Landfill, Type I/II Surface Impoundments, and Type II-A Processor is technically complete and acceptable for public review. The facility is located at 16001 Samuels Road in Zachary, East Baton Rouge Parish. East Baton Rouge Parish North Landfill proposes to continue to operate an existing Type I/II/III Landfill, Type I/II Surface Impoundments, and Type II-A Processor. The facility is located in Sections 79 & 83, Township 5 South, and Range 1 West in East Baton Rouge Parish.
