NAME OF COMPANY: Total Clean LLC ADDRESS: 7301 Terminal Road New Orleans, LA 70126 VIOLATION: Process wastewater discharges exceeded the Technical Review Criteria (TRC) limit for Oil & Grease and Non-polar material SGT-HEM samples taken by Total Clean, LLC on 4/18/2025, during the user’s mandatory self-monitoring sampling event. ACTION TAKEN: Notice of Violation No. 1-2025 was issued to Total Clean LLC for noncompliance of their Wastewater Discharge Permit No. 017.
