O. Box 1607, for the Baton Rouge Plastics Plant and determined that it is administratively complete. The application was received on April 7, 2026. The facility is located at 11675 Scotland Avenue, in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish. Exxon Mobil Corporation proposes to renew its Type I Industrial Surface Impoundment permit for its Baton Rouge Plastics Plant with no modifications.
