REPORT AND/OR DISCUSSION ITEM AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Interpretation of conditional use permit provisions in the Downtown zoning district for the Bar/Lounge use Boudreaux stated that government should not stand in the way of business operations. Mahtook and Escott discussed in detail the conditional use permit requirements for the downtown zoning district for a bar/lounge use.
