PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Ochsner Health Plan Medicare Advantage Plans Ending December 31, 2025 Ochsner Health Plan will no longer offer Medicare Advantage plans in 2026. This means all Ochsner Medicare Advantage plans will end on December 31, 2025. Members affected by this change will receive a letter with information about their coverage options for 2026. If you are enrolled in one of these plans, you may choose another Medicare Advantage plan in your area or return to Original Medicare.
