PUBLIC NOTICE - - - OFFICIAL NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of New Orleans will consider its regular meeting of April 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., to be held either via video conference or in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 1300 Perdido Street, Room 1E07, the adoption of Ordinance Calendar No. 35,384 introduced at the meeting of March 12, 2026. SAID ORDINANCE would reform and provide for the sustainability of the city’s sanitation services by amending and reordaining Sections 138-57, 138-58, 138-59, 138-61, and 138-63 of the Code of the City of New Orleans to amend the city’s sanitation fees and provide relative to the scope thereof; to expressly authorize initiatives intended to augment services by providing for periodic no-cost access to city transfer stations.
