PUBLIC NOTICE - - - OFFICAL NOTICE – SOLICITATION FOR SERVICE PROPOSALS St. Tammany Council on Aging, Inc. – (COAST) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the US Department of Transportation (DOT). It is our policy that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises as defined in 49 CFR Part 26 have the maximum opportunity to participate in providing services and/or materials relating to the administration of St. Tammany Council on Aging, Inc. – (COAST) STAR Transit services to St. Tammany Parish. If you qualify as a DBE, please submit proof of your qualifications along with your name, address, and phone number no later than May 1, 2026. St. Tammany Council on Aging, Inc. – (COAST) will put you on its procurement list and contact you in cases where we will be soliciting bids for services or materials relating to the administration of our transit services.
