PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Notice is hereby given to all citizens and to all other interested persons that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Port Allen will hold a public hearing for the purpose of adopting an ordinance of the City of Port Allen providing for the amendment of Section 86-3 of the Port Allen Code of Ordinances, relative to the billing and collection of utility rates and charges; authorizing utility payment extensions and utility payment contracts under written administrative policy; providing for standardized customer agreements and for providing for related matters. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. at Port Allen City Hall, 375 Court Street, for all interested citizens.
