PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans has applied for a 401 Water Quality Certification to conduct maintenance dredging of the Port of New Orleans' Henry Clay Avenue, Nashville Avenue, Napoleon Avenue, Milan Street, Seventh Street, Robin Street, Thalia Street, Erato Street, Julia Street, Upper Poydras Street, Poydras Street, and Bienville Street Wharves on the left descending bank of the Mississippi River in New Orleans, Orleans Parish. The Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
