PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Notice is hereby given that Trunkline Gas Company, LLC has applied for a 401 Water Quality Certification to clear, grade, excavate, and place fill for the construction of a metering and regulation station, a supporting access road, a North Tap site, a South Tap site, interconnecting piping, valves, an EGM building with RTU and analyzers, filter separators, condensate tank, SCADA systems, and associated infrastructure. The hot taps and the installation of interconnecting piping with associated components, including meter and regulation stations, valves, and SCADA systems, will enable Trunkline to deliver up to 507 MMCF/D of natural gas between existing pipeline systems. All work will occur off Kings Farm Road north of Fenton in Jefferson Davis Parish. Trunkline Gas Company, LLC is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
