PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Notice is hereby given that American Cruise Lines, Inc. has applied for a 401 Water Quality Certification to demolish an existing wooden boardwalk, steel truss walkway, concrete/steel/wooden support frames, and 3-pile steel dolphins and install a new 105’-11” pivoting steel truss walkway, 312’ fixed steel truss walkway, 2-pile bent support frames, steel platform and ramp, 120’ x 30’ x 7’ deep floating deck barge, 36” diameter monopile studs, and 36” diameter monopile dolphins and fenders. All work will occur on left descending bank of the Mississippi River off Reverend Richard Wilson Drive in Kenner, Jefferson Parish. American Cruise Lines, Inc. is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
