PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article IV, Section 21(D)(1) of the Louisiana Constitution, that on June 2, 2026, Peoples of Bastrop, LLC (“POB”) filed with the Louisiana Public Service Commission (“LPSC”) in Docket U-37951 an application for an increase in rates, including non-recurring, ad valorem, and interim capital improvement charges, as well as request for Non-Opposition to revise certain loans associated with said capital improvements charge. The proposed rate increases will be applicable to all of POB’s water customers in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana, and are required for the following purposes: (a) increases in operating expenses and (b) financing of debt service for capital improvement projects.
