CO-049-2026 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council amending the Lafayette Development Code so as to reclassify the property of Case No. 2026-5-REZ 2000 Block South College Road Rezoning, located generally north of South College Road, west of Market Place, and south of Oak Branch; being rezoned from CH (Commercial-Heavy) to RM-1 (Residential Mixed). CO-050-2026 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council approving a conditional Use Permit to allow a bar/lounge in a D (Downtown) Zoning District, Case No. 2026-10-REZ 403B South Buchanan Street CUP (Conditional Use Permit), located generally north of Jefferson Street, west of Garfield Street, and south of South Buchanan Street. CO-051-2026 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council amending the Lafayette Development Code and the official map of the City of Lafayette, providing for the annexation of additional land into the Corporate Limits of the City of Lafayette, Louisiana, Case No. 2026-11-REZ 111 Porter Lane, Lot 1 Annexation, located generally north of Porter Lane, west of Saint Margarite Street, and south of Marcelle Drive; and assigning a zoning classification of RS-1 (Residential Single-Family) (District 5). CO-052-2026 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council declaring the W. Broussard Road at Duhon Road Roundabout Project a public necessity and authorizing the acquisition of the necessary rights-of-way, immovable property and other property rights requisite to the construction of said project, either on an amicable basis or through the proper use of the expropriation process if necessary. CO-053-2026 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council amending the FY 25/26 operating budget of the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government by increasing revenues in the amount of $15,000 in AARP Flagship Grant Funds and appropriating within the Parks, Arts, Recreation, and Culture (PARC) Department for infrastructure improvements and outdoor ADA-compliant benches at the Greenhouse Senior Center. CO-054-2026 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council authorizing the Lafayette Mayor-President to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement by and between the City of Lafayette and City of Lafayette Aquatics, Inc. concerning the management and staffing of the Earl J. Chris Pool. CO-055-2026 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council amending the FY 25/26 operating budget of the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government by increasing revenues in the amount of $1,200,000 in Mayors Challenge Funds received from Bloomberg Philanthropies and transferring $582,049 in Net Loss-Use of Fund Balance from Fund 1010, and appropriating funds within the Community Development and Planning Department.
