CO-037-2026 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council amending the Lafayette Development Code so as to reclassify the property of Case No. 2026-1-AZON Hobson Street and North Buchanan Street Administrative Rezoning, located generally north of Mudd Avenue, west of North Buchanan Street, and south of North Buchanan Street; 311, 313 & 315 (on one lot), 319, 401, 405 & 407 North Buchanan Street, 100, 101, 102, 106 & 107 Hobson Street, and 101, 103 & 107 Mudd Avenue being rezoned from IL (Industrial-Light) to MN-2 (Mixed-Use Neighborhood). CO-042-2026 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council amending the FY 25/26 operating and capital budget of the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government by increasing the use of Fund Balance in the City General Fund (Fund 1010) by $1,195,000 and appropriating for the external appropriation to ACA Music Museum and increasing the City Combined Bond Fund (Fund 4410) Reserve by $1,195,000 and removing the ACA Music Museum Bond Project. CO-043-2026 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council amending the FY 25/26 operating budget and adjusting the manning tables of the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government by reclassifying and adjusting the salary of one (1) City Marshal Office Administrator to Deputy Administrator position reflecting eligibility for State Supplemental Pay (SSP) within the Lafayette City Marshal’s Office. CO-044-2026 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council amending the FY 25/26 operating budget and adjusting the manning tables of the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government by using prior year fund balance in the amount of $5,124 for salary adjustments within the Utilities Department.
