PUBLIC NOTICE - - - NOTICE The Lafayette City Council and the Lafayette Parish Council each met in Regular Session on May 19, 2026 and adopted the following ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. JO-016-2026 A JOINT ORDINANCE OF THE LAFAYETTE CITY COUNCIL AND THE LAFAYETTE PARISH COUNCIL AMENDING THE FY 25/26 OPERATING BUDGET AND ADJUSTING THE MANNING TABLES OF THE LAFAYETTE CITY-PARISH CONSOLIDATED GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR A SALARY ADJUSTMENT WITHIN THE OFFICE OF FINANCE & MANAGEMENT BE IT ORDAINED by the Lafayette City Council and the Lafayette Parish Council, that: SECTION 1: The FY 25/26 operating budget and manning tables of the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government are hereby amended by adjusting the appropriations of the Office of Finance & Management. SECTION 2: The FY 25/26 operating budget of the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government shall not be affected due to the fact that there is sufficient unexpended/unencumbered salary appropriation to cover this reallocation. The annual recurring cost is $5,009.30. SECTION 3: This adjustment to the manning tables shall be as reflected in any pertinent documents which are attached hereto and made a part hereof and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Council. SECTION 4: All ordinances or resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
