PUBLIC NOTICE - - - NOTICE Notice of CWIP Recovery Filing and Third Revised Sewerage Services Tariff Pursuant to Article IV, § 21(D)(1) of the Louisiana Constitution, notice is hereby given that National Water Infrastructure, LLC (“NWI” or “Company”), a sewer/water public utility, filed with the Louisiana Public Service Commission (“LPSC”) its 2026 CWIP Recovery Rate Increase Filing and proposed Third Revised Sewerage Services Tariff in accordance with LPSC Order No. U-36383 (“Order”). The Company’s filing, if approved as filed, would result in monthly minimum flat rates for sewerage services as follows: residential flat rate minimum of $59.10 and commercial flat rate minimum of $69.10. NWI’s Third Revised Sewerage Services Tariff will become effective as determined by the LPSC pursuant to the Order. NWI’s proposed Third Revised Sewerage Services Tariff would apply in all parishes served by the Company. The parishes through which NWI’s service area extend: Ascension, Calcasieu, East Baton Rouge, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, West Baton Rouge.
