Anyone desiring to be heard with reference to the proposed ordinance annexing said area shall notify the Lafayette City-Parish Council Clerk. Anyone requesting such a hearing shall do so on the date at the time the ordinance is considered for final adoption in accordance with the regular agenda published by the Lafayette City-Parish Council or in accordance with the notice of emergency meeting to consider such passage.
