PUBLIC NOTICE - - - NOTICE the Louisiana Department of Conservation and Energy (DCE), Office of Permitting and Compliance (OPC) has received the following application for an After-The-Fact (ATF) Coastal Use Permit (CUP) in accordance with the State and Local Coastal Resources Management Act of 1978, as amended, (Louisiana R.S. 49:214.21-214.41), and the rules and regulations of the Coastal Resources Program. As per Louisiana R.S. 49:214.36.N.2, notice is being provided that a Draft ATF Permit has been issued for review. The draft ATF permit as well as the application for the unauthorized work including drawings may be inspected at 617 North 3rd Street, LaSalle Building, Room 1078, Baton Rouge, LA or on the OPC web page at: http://denr.louisiana.gov/index.cfm?md=pagebuilder&tmp=home&pid=591 . Copies may be obtained upon payment of cost of copying. Written comments, including suggestions for modifications or objections to the draft permit and stating the reasons thereof, are being solicited from the public. Comments must be received within fifteen (15) days of the date of publication of this notice. Comments should be uploaded to our electronic record, but may be mailed, faxed or emailed to the designated OPC Reviewer. All comments must contain the appropriate application number and the commenter's full name and contact information. Any person may request, in writing, within the comment period specified in this notice, that a State or Federal public hearing be held to consider this application.
