PUBLIC NOTICE - - - NOTICE is hereby given that Louisiana Water Company (“LAWCO”), a water utility providing service to customers in the following Parishes: Acadia, Avoyelles, Calcasieu, Iberia, Rapides, and St. Landry, pursuant to the Formula Rate Plan (“FRP”) approved by the Louisiana Public Service Commission (“LPSC”) in LPSC Docket No. U-37760, filed its FRP Annual Report for the test year ending on December 31, 2025 with the LPSC. The FRP Annual Report as filed by LAWCO results in an average increase in water rates of 3.14%, which equates to an approximate average residential water bill increase of $1.29 per month.
