PUBLIC NOTICE - - - NOTICE SANDY GREEN, REPUBLIC FINANCE, LLC, ARABI SUGAR WORKERS FCU, AND THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS Pursuant to an order of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans in the matter of IPF22, LLC, PRAYING FOR MONITION, Docket No. 2025-03553, Div. E, CIVIL DISTRICT COURT, Parish of ORLEANS, State of Louisiana, dated April 10, 2025, it was ordered as follows: WHEREAS, IPF22, LLC, by act executed by Norman Foster, Chief Financial Officer and Ex-Officio Tax Collector for the Parish of Orleans, for unpaid 2020-21 ad valorem taxes, as memorialized in the Tax Sale Certificate recorded in the Conveyance Office of Orleans Parish, bearing NA #2022-48492 and CIN 721551; WHEREAS, IPF22, LLC has applied to this Honorable Court for a Monition or advertisement, in conformity with LA. REV. STAT. § 47:2271, et. seq.; THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Louisiana and the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, all interested persons are cited and admonished to show cause within six months from the date on which this Monition is first advertised, why grounds exist for a nullity under the provisions of Chapter 5 of Subtitle III of Title 47 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950. The property affected by this monition is: ONE CERTAIN LOTOF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways privileges, servitudes appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the THIRD DISTRICT of the City of New Orleans in SQUARE 68, bounded by Tupelo, Douglas, Alabo and Charters Streets, designated by the NO. X-7 on plan of subdivision made by Gilbert & Kelly, Surveyors, dated June 6, 1961 duly approved by the City Planning and Zoning Commission, and duly registered in the Conveyance Office for the Parish of Orleans in COB 647, folio 366, and according thereto said Lot No, X-7 is composed of the greater portion of former Lot X-5, and commencing at a distance of 33 feet 8 inches 5 lines from the comer of Douglass and Tupelo Streets, measures thence 58 feet 1 inch 4 lines front on Tupelo Street, °by a depth on the side nearest Chartres Street adjoining Lot X-8 of 159 Feet, by a first depth on the side nearest Douglass Street of 104 feet 4 inches, at which point said lot widens in the direction of and runs at right angles to Douglass Street, a distance of 33 feet 8 inches and 5 lines, at which point said lot has a further depth and front on Douglass Street of 54 feet, 8 inches, with a width in the rear of 91 feet 10 inches, 1 line.
