PUBLIC NOTICE - - - NOTICE OF INTENT OFFICE OF CONSERVATION INJECTION AND MINING DIVISION In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana and the particular reference to the provisions of La R.S. 30:4, and the provisions of Statewide Order No. 29-N-1 (LAC 43:XVII.Subpart 1), Statewide Order 29-B (LAC 43:XIX. Subpart 1), and Statewide Order 29-M (LAC 43:XVII, Subpart 3) as amended and adopted by the Office of Conservation of the State of Louisiana, Company Name: BBEH Operating, LLC (B1147) Address: 125 Ridgeway Drive, Suite B City, State, Zip: Lafayette, LA 70503 Phone: 337-257-5782 will be applying to the Office of Conservation, Injection and Mining Division for permits to inject and dispose of brine water that will be produced from the associated solution-mining/cavern building storage project at the Black Bayou Salt Dome. The proposed wells will be drilled as Class II UIC SWD Wells. The nine proposed wells will be identified as BBEH SWD No. 01, BBEH SWD No. 02, BBEH SWD No. 03, BBEH SWD No. 04, BBEH SWD No. 05, BBEH SWD No. 06, BBEH SWD No. 07, BBEH SWD No. 08 and BBEH SWD No. 09 located in Sections 008 & 017, Township 12 South, Range 12 West, Black Bayou Field, Cameron Parish, Louisiana. BBEH SWD No. 01, BBEH SWD No. 02, BBEH SWD No. 03, BBEH SWD No. 04, BBEH SWD No. 05, BBEH SWD No. 06, BBEH SWD No. 07, BBEH SWD No. 08 and BBEH SWD No. 09 will be drilled to a depth of approximately 8,000’ – 10,600’ MD / 8500’- 10,000’ TVD. Anticipated injection interval will be from 4,000’-10,400’ MD / 3500’-9500’ TVD. Once submitted, the application will be available for inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday in the Injection and Mining Division Office, Rm. 817, LaSalle Building, 617 North Third Street, Baton Rouge, LA.
